Baublebebe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact UPS or USPS with your tracking number prior to contacting Baublebebe.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact Baublebebe at email@example.com, within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to replace or repair any damaged item.
Damaged or missing items: Baublebebe offers refunds or replacements on all damaged or missing product within 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. Please alert Baublebebe within this time frame. Any product under $5 will not be exchanged, only refunded back to original form of payment.
Exchanges: Baublebebe will exchange product, unworn, and in its original packaging within 10 business days of purchase. **Customer pays all shipping cost.
Watch Bands: Baublebebe will exchange or refund any damaged watch band within 30 days of purchase. **This includes string, snap, or connector issues only. Baublebebe is not responsible for any damage to watch.
